How do I create an account
Access the login screen my pressing on the 'My Account' link in the top right hand corner. Once one this page press the 'Register for new account' icon on the right hand side of the screen and follow the on screen prompts.
How do I login
Access the login screen my pressing on the 'My Account' link in the top right hand corner. Once one this page press enter your username and password and press 'Sign in'. You will then be emailed an 8 digit code for security reasons. Please enter this code into the screen and press 'Finish'
How do I reset my password
Access the login screen my pressing on the 'My Account' link in the top right hand corner. Once one this page press 'Forgotten Password?' test under the username/password field and follow the on screen prompts.
How do I know if a form has been submitted?
Submission will be confirmed by email and a message in the Portal Immediately after a form has been submitted. To view previously submitted forms, access the ‘My Account’ link in the top right hand corner and select ‘View Submitted Forms'.
Can I amend a submitted form?
Once a form is submitted it is not possible to amend it via the Portal.
How do I get back to a form I previously started?
Access ‘My Account’ link in the top right hand corner and select ‘Recover a Form’.
Is it possible for a Service to have a generic Portal account, available for use by multiple Users within that Service?
Portal accounts require a name and email address for set up. Portal Users within a Service should be kept to a minimum.
I cannot seem to move on from the ‘Human Test’
Try to open the Portal in Google Chrome. If this is not possible, please contact your own IT administrator.
